Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington (Greek American) is a Greek American writer, syndicated-columnist and businesswoman. She co-founded The Huffington Post, is the CEO and founder of Thrive Global as well an writer of 15 novels. Arianna Huffington is a writer and philanthropist as well as a television host as well as the proprietor of the independently free online news publication The Huffington Post. Her birthplace was Greece she was able to move to England at the age of 16 and was able to graduate from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. First foreign-born graduate to be elected president in the prestigious debate club The Cambridge Union, at 21 years old she took on the role. The success of her conservative journalist was further consolidated when she graduated. When she was in college and was in Cambridge Union, she joined the debate societies in the college which she later became the first foreign and female president. Her graduation was in 1972 and she earned the degree of Master's in Economics. Her professional career as a journalist and television host was born after graduation. Also, with Bernard Levin she appeared on an episode of Face the music.
